NANTA ACE series is the latest machine of our optical sorter lines. 

It can sort all of grains and other material by CCD cameras(built-in DCS engine) & NIR(Near Infrared) sensors & Bi-chromatic camera,

and also can sort the similar-colored-contaminants from good grain. When you sort your grain by color, size, weight, breakage, crack using our sorter, you will be so surprised by its accuracy.

Sorting the wheat from the chaff, a figurative and literal English expression is much easier when it is automated. The NANTA ACE series from Daewon GSI Co., Ltd. sorts wheat from chaff literally as well as the likes of rice, coffee, lentils and many other items. The machine has a range of technical features which enable tasks that are simply impossible or otherwise extremely time consuming to do by hand. The range of functions that the NANTA ACE can perform is a real exhibit of the wheat from the chaff where the NANTA ACE from Daewon GSI Co., Ltd. erring on the side of wheat in that figurative expression.

The NANTA ACE series has a range of general features. The sorter has a high resolution CCD camera that has a DCS algorithm. The sorter can ascertain the non visible properties of grains too. This ability to sort invisible grain properties includes sort of defects. The flow is uniform due to the sensors. The use of Windows XP improves the control capability of the machine, for the operator.

The more detailed features of the NANTA ACE include an x-x-embedded ACE system for its outstanding sorting ability. It is possible to apply the center tracing system. The automated adjusting system reflects the plate and grain value. It is possible to conduct material analysis whereby the impurity rate, broken rice rate and processing volume. To assist with shape recognition and shape monitoring the machine can control the impurity condition of the batch through this function. It is possible to use various types of cameras with the machine including CCD, NIR and Bi-chromatic cameras.

A more specific view of the sorter renders some of the best features of the sorter clearer. The machine has a high volume of production which is ~384ch. The camera, the high resolution CCD camera, has a high luminant LCD. The sorter has an image acquisition and analysis system that is powered by Windows XP.

The two types of sorting principles you can apply with either the CCD or the Bi-chromatic camera have some interesting features. With the CCD+NIR sorting principle the high resolution and brightness can detect and then reject even the smallest defects and this includes any invisible properties. The system features which aid this mode are; high intensity LED, high resolution CCD and NIR. In the Bi-chromatic and NIR mode you can still detect and reject the invisible properties but the mode uses the Bi-chromatic camera and NIR.
