Easy and Stable Compression System for Smartphone Assembly RG-260

- It is a device to assemble the smartphone body.

- A main body of Smartphone with a rear cover mounted on the compression system is attached to the rear cover at a constant pressure.

1. Application & Features

This smartphone assembly system is to retrieve the water-proof function by heat pressing after the water-proof device is repaired.

2. Installation

1) This product is classified by 2 supplying voltage of either AC

100~140V or AC 220~240V. When you connect power cable, please be aware of the product's voltage.

2) Please install the product in a strong & level place.

3) Please install the product by making space of the left, right,

top, down by more than 30cm from the product against environments.

4) Please do not install the product at the place near to the heat sources or direct sunlight.

3. How to use smartphone compression system

A. Basic Setting Value

1) Turn on the power at the rear of the crimping system and set the temperature

2) Set the temperature setting to 90 degrees (set by pressing the UP and DOWN buttons above and below the number)

3) Set the time to 20 seconds, then wait for the set temperature (about 10 minutes).

B. Operation 

1) Pull the heating unit toward you before assembling the smartphone.

2) Assemble the smartphone into the compression jig. (Make sure that the rear cover is in close contact with the surface of the compression jig.)

3) Press the Start 01 (left) button and the Start 02 (right) button simultaneously to squeeze the phone

4) After 20 seconds have elapsed, the crimping is completed and the device is lifted up Automatically.
