Mobile Dryer RG-202

- Convection drying method maintains stable temperature inside the dryer.

- It does not work when the door of the dryer is open with the door sensor.

- Safety circuit is adopted to protect the device from over current and overheating of heater.

1. Purposes of Use and Features

1) Purpose of Use

(1) This product is manufactured with a purpose of disassembly of smartphone or tabloid PC in repair.

(2) Its uses are prohibited except for the repair of smartphone and tabloid PC.

2) Features

(1) This mobile dryer’s simple design delivers highly user friendly operability.

(2) By a convective drying method, inside temperature anomaly has been minimized.

(3) Door sensor is installed to prevent operation while the door is opened.

(4) Safety circuitry is installed to protect the device from over currents and overheating of the

 heater.

2. How to use Mobile Dryer (RG-202)

1. Open the front door of the Mobile Dryer, take out the holder(shelf) and insert the mobile phone.

2. Press the power button.

3. After approx. 3 seconds after pressing the power button, temperature and minute appear on the LED window like the image.

4. The temperature of the heat is heated to 70 ° C.

5. The temperature of the heat is maintained at this temperature for 5 minutes after reaching 70 degrees.

6. If heating time of heat is 5 minutes, heating automatically stops.

7. Open the Mobile Dryer's front door and remove the phone.

8. Turn off the mobile phone and close the doors.

9. Press the Warm key to keep the temperature in the dryer at 50 degrees for the next quick operation.

3. Installation of products

(1) This products is designed operate in a rated voltage.  Ensure that the provided electricity before installing the products

(2) Install the products on a solid and flat surface.

(3) Ensure that there are clearances of at least 10 cm between all sides of the products and the

 environment.

(4) Avoid heat sources or direct sunlight.

(5) Ensure to give adequate clearance for the door which opens to 180 degrees to the right. 

(There should be space for door opening to the right 180 degrees)

(6) Inside chamber is very hot, although display shows 80, chamber walls and bottom plate may be

 more than 120 degrees, please do not touch walls and do not drop the phone, wear protective

 glove, use sliding tray to place phone.

4. How to Set Temperature and Time Manually

A.Temperature and Time adjustment method

1. Press the HEAT / ON button to turn on the LED and switch on the operating mode for heating.

2. Adjust the temperature and time by pressing the arrow buttons.

3. Auto save after 3 seconds after adjustment. (Default setting: 70 degrees / 5 minutes)

Time adjustment range: 1 ~ 90 minutes (1 minute Changable)

*. The set temperature and time can be saved even when the POWER is turned off.

B. Warm temperature adjustment

1. Press the WARM ON button to turn on the LED and switch on the operating mode for keeping warm.

2. Adjust the temperature and time by pressing the arrow buttons.

3. Auto save after 3 seconds after adjustment. (Default setting: 50 degrees)

4. Temperature control range: 30 to 70 degrees (variable by 1 degree), 

time control range: continuously operated (not controlled)

*. The set temperature and time can be saved even when the POWER is turned off.
