1.Introduction

850MHz Tetra Analog Fiber Optic Repeater” is a large-sized mobile communication repeater specially designed for the high rise building area. Master Unit receive clear signals from the Base station, and those signals are distributed via optical fiber and coaxial cables to shadow areas. Those signals are sent to a Slave Unit, located in the shadow area, and transmits the signals to mobile device by service antenna.

The Repeater realized highly reliable equipment by dualizing CPU,PSU,RF parts. Each redundant module of the repeater is designed so that it can be attached and detached to each module, so maintenance can be performed without power supply off. It monitors the current state it self and is designed to detect and easily identify the faulty part in case of failure.
