Ultra Pure Water System
Ultra pure water (UPW) can be defined as water from which most other materials have been removed, producing a resistivity of at least 18 M-cm, making it sufficiently pure to meet exacting microelectronic, pharmaceutical and medical standards.
There are several characteristic requirements that are important to end-users of ultrapure water. These include detection in the UPW stream and control of bacterial proliferation; particulates; organic contaminants, typically measured as total organic or total oxidizable carbon(TOC); metallic contaminants; and anionic contaminants.
Investigating methods for improving the removal of inorganic and organic cintaminants to produce ultrapure water is an ongoing process.
However, several technologies have been successful in this application, including activated carbon adsorption, reverse osmosis and advanced oxidation.

TYPE 3.(Pure water)
Pure water (3 rating number) is used in the experiments as the lowest grade water wash Labware, autoclave or water bath can be used as the supply TYPE (Ultra pure water) of the manufacturing device can be used as feed.

TYPE 2.(Pure reagent grade)
Pure reagent grade (grade 2 number) is generally a buffer, Ph solution, a microorganism used in the production medium, and the supply of the ultrapure water production apparatus to be used. Also, various chemical analysis equipment, cell incubator, weather and other devices are used as the feed water, chemical reagents needed for analysis or synthesis is also used for manufacture.

TYPE 1.(Ultrapure water)
Ultrapure water (1 rating number) is HPLC, standard solutions and GC, HPLC, AA, ICP-MS analysis, such as precision equipment is used as the solvent for diluting the sample. In addition, mammalian cell culture, media and buffers for in vitro fertilization os used for manufacturing, molecular biology and manufacturing of electrophoresis and blotting solution used.
