STS is a professional producer and supplier of slotter machine tools that are used to cut the keyway, the core of mechanical element parts such as shafts, gears, keys, and couplings. Currently, the most commonly-used material of the keyway-cutting tool is high speed steal (HSS), which is a heat-treated and hardened SKH material. The HSS tool material, however, has multiple serious issues (e.g. bit tool grinding, short life span, quality degradation, tool cost, retouching, and lower productivity and so on) to be used for this purpose.
