MANTEC has it's own Technical Center(MTC) to build the Moulds which are
needed to produce the car parts.

27 employees are working with MTC and most of them are experts. 
Especially, our plant manager has more than 30 years experiences in this field.

- Equipment : 34ea. (incl. 4 high speed spindle
  and a Hobbing M/C)
- Mould Design : CAE Simulation, 2D & 3D
  CAD (2~8 CAVITY).
- Production Capacity : 80sets / year

From 2003, MTC has produced average 55 sets of mould per year and thanks to our
accumulated experiences and high technical level, MTC acquired SQ Mark from Hyundai,
Kia Motors.

To build precise Plastic Gear Mold, we have Hobbing Machine and Gear Design Software.

Besides, we have 4 High Speed Spindles and EDM/WEDM.
