- Recommended process: Mixing-Pressing-Drying. ① Mix inorganic material such as expanded vermiculite or perlite and ECO-H first. Add liquid inorganic binder to the dry mixture and mix them well and quickly. ② Fill the wet mixed into mold with cold pressing or hot pressing. ③ Initially, the temperature should be increased gradually to 93~99℃ to slowly remove excess water. Then final curing can be done at 150~200℃. Heating too quickly may cause steam to form within the film, resulting in blistering or puffing when the steam is released.
