DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS

Manual Low headroom hoist for Curved beam type is a model which curved beam trolley and chain block is combined.

Minimum distance (“H” value) from beam to hook is very low; therefore it is optimized for application

in environment with extremely low ceiling height equipped with curved beam track.

In addition, the minimum curve radius of the beam has been reduced to the lowest possible value.

DSLP model is combined to a push trolley while DSLG is combined to a geared trolley.

HOW TO OPERATE

By pulling one of two falls of the chain block unit, the load chain will either lift of lower the load.

On DSLG model forward and backward travelling along the beam is achieved by pulling one of the two falls of the gear hand chain.

CAUTIONS AT USE

Low headroom hoist is not able to lift load above minimum distance (H) For proper compatibility,

check the dimension of the component to be attached to the hook. Check the curve radius value of your beam;

it should be equal to or greater than the trolley Min. curve radius. Refer to the dimensions table for more information on
minimum distance and possible interference.

OPTION

Locking Device – Locking device is an option for curved beam type.

Trolley can be fixed on the rail anywhere by attaching locking device. Locking device can be required only when it is ordered

and it can’t be bought separately. Contact us before place an order.
