-   Inspection - By having various of Jig, DSHT makes the inspection process much faster but aims vigorously at perfection at the same time. 

 

-   Heat treatment – DSHT internally making a special fixture to prevent any transform in case the parts can easily transform themselves during heat treatment. 

 

-   Grinding Process – Reliable experienced experts, Can handle the surface roughness within 0.54s~0.6s roundness within 0.001~0.003 (Numerical Value calculated as average since it depends on the parts specification)  

 

-   Quality Assurance System – Pride of own products.

 

-   Stock producing – Following customer’s F/C, DSHT launch process before your order. And these pre-worked products are only entity of DSHT and we entirely responsible for it.
