Surface Treatment Agents for Galvanized Iron (EGI/CGI)

This fluid is made from compound resin which provides eco-friendly, water or oil based, thermosetting, and organic and inorganic properties. Application of this agent makes galvanized steel sheets (EGI/CGI) have black coloring, anti-corrosion, chemical resistance and machinability. This eco-friendly product contributes to the reduction of processing cost, creating thin film differently from existing products with thick film (about 30㎛) and with thermosetting at a high temperature.

Surface Treatment Agents for Colored Steel Sheet Coating (Primer-free)

This primer-free coating agent is used to give the anti-corrosion function and better look to hot dip galvanized sheet sheets, Galvalume steel sheets, aluminum-coated steel sheets, electrolytic galvanized steel sheet, etc. Steel sheets are coated with primer-free agent and top coating only because pre-treatment and primer coating layers are integrated. Differently from the 3-layer coating of pre-treatment, primer coating and top coating, this process enables to function even on thin films which intergrated primer free coating layer with reduction of electric power consumption and colored steel sheet production cost.
