Smart apartment solution is indoor LBS IoT system and serves apartment's  residents with security and convenience.

The main features are public entrance access control, automatic elevator call, location-traced emergency call, notification where you parked your car and so on.

The system consists of residents tag(R-tag), car tag(C-tag), Access points(4 kinds) as well as IASS(Intellignet Apartment Service System).

At first it was developed and rolled out using ZigBee technology and now is migrating to BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) which is being built into smart phones. Therefore the migration can enhance end user's convenience and cause cost reduction.
