1. Open the heating pack, please make use of it within one hour and cold water.

2. Do not touch it with wet hand.

3. Once heating pack is soaked into water, it starts to heat up and reach 95℃, so be careful from receiving a burn. 

   (Keep out of the children, the old and the infirm.)

4. While heating it, it emits small amount of hydrogen, therefore be apart of heating appliance.

5. Do not eat heating pack's water.

6. Do not place the heating pack on material for weak of heat, if any ingredient contact with eyes, cleanse eyes 

   with pure water rightly and seek medical advice.

7. Do not use heating pack if messtin and heating zipper pack for combat ration did not contain inner vessel.(cooking pack)

8. Put water with the water marking line. If water is more or less, it may decrease performance.

9. Keep and use well-ventilated area.
