1. Stainless Shot

Stainblast is used where there are unwanted remnants

in the blasted composed element or when a glossy surface is needed.

Abrasive goods do not leave rust or metal remnants on the operated material. Stainblast is used on

magnesium, aluminum, nickel & chrome, together with compounded metals and other non-metal parts.

2. Cut Wire

Wire blast carbon steel and wire blast stainless steel can be used in the following three areas :

1) Cutting use(a cylindrical shape with a sharp edge)

2) Section state (comers are round)

3) Integral state (ball shape)

The Stainless steel of the wire blast becomes tougher as it is used. Therefore, it can be used as an abradant

for a much longer time.

3. Rounded Cut Wire

Rounding Cut Wire ball produced by Kyoung sung, who accurately cut

high carbon steel and remove sharp edges, making it suitable for shot peening for goods because of

its high durability and uniform hardness and diameter

Application

This figure shows the results of the Life cycle test, In the high hard shot, the life of ROUNDED CUT WIRE is

fourteen times that of cast steel shot.

4.Glass Beads

A characteristic of the bright blast glass bead is that it allows cleaning

and deburring the critically endurable part without removing any basic metal.

As a result, Critical endurance is maintained.

5.Carbon Steel Shot & Grit

the most economically processed goods that can be used when it is dry or wet.
