ROOF GUARD is made of water-soluble Acrylic resin and pigment. It has special features as below.

1. Excellent Elasticity
   The first condition of eco-friendly water-soluble waterproof Acrylic paint is to maintain high elasticity while reducing stickiness. (But these two characteristics are trade-off relations, so they are hard to achieve simultaneously). To do both, ROOF GUARD adopts Self-hardening Monomer on made of Butyl-Meta-Acrylate resin. Through this, ROOF GUARD reduces stickiness remarkably and enhances desired quality.
2. Excellent Waterproofing
   ROOF GUARD does not use surfactants which drop waterproof characteristics. ROOF GUARD adopts reaction type surfactants. Through this, ROOF GUARD enhances both waterproofing characteristics and workability.
3. Superb Adhesiveness
   ROOF GUARD uses Silane-Acrylate to enhance adhesiveness by increasing coupling effect. So, ROOF GUARD is applicable to any surface regardless of conditions.
4. Outstanding Anti-contamination
   Although thermoplastic water-soluble acrylic paint is easily contaminated at high temperature, ROOF GUARD is blended with special hydrolyzed mineral resin to increase the surface hardness. Therefore, ROOF GUARD is outstanding in anti-contamination.
5. Excellent Durability
   ROOF GUARD is designed in weak alkali to prevent neutralization of concrete, and in one-fluid thermoplastic product to be stable with outer temperature conditions.
6. Outstanding Dryness and Anti-freezing
   ROOF GUARD is quick to dry in comparison to ordinary water soluble water proof paints and does not freeze in -20℃ temperature by virtue of the special hydrolyzed mineral resin.
7. Excellent Permeability to Polyester sheets
   ROOF GUARD has excellent permeability and makes a perfect waterproof coating layer with polyester sheets. This layer is applicable to any place or building.
