Acrylic Resin Water Proofing Paint Roof Guard is a water-soluble acrylic resin waterproofing coating developed by PENTECH for rooftops, exterior walls, and renovation of existing waterproofed surfaces.
It is designed to combine elasticity, waterproofing, adhesion, and weather resistance in a single coating system.

The formulation incorporates self-hardening monomer technology based on Butyl-Meta-Acrylate resin to help maintain elasticity while reducing surface stickiness. Reaction-type surfactants are used to support waterproof performance and workability, while Silane-Acrylate technology enhances coupling and adhesion
to construction substrates.

A special hydrolyzed mineral resin is incorporated to improve surface hardness, contamination resistance, drying performance, and low-temperature stability.

ROOF GUARD also provides strong permeability into polyester reinforcement sheets, allowing the coating and sheet to form an integrated waterproof membrane.

✔️Application Process

1. Clean the application surface and remove contaminants, deteriorated material, and loose existing coatings as required.
2. Repair cracks and damaged areas before waterproofing to prepare a stable substrate.
3. Apply the initial ROOF GUARD waterproofing coat to the prepared surface.
4. Attach the polyester reinforcement sheet and impregnate it thoroughly with ROOF GUARD where reinforcement is required.
5. Apply additional waterproofing coats to build the specified protective membrane, with 2–3 coats recommended according to the supplied product information.
6. Allow sufficient drying between construction stages according to ambient temperature and site conditions.
