Brief Usage

No coloration may be made when any oil contents or foreign materials exist on the surface of object to be blackened. Thoroughly clean the surface up, and wipe well with dry cloth or by blowing air after dipping in the fat removing liquid for 1~2 minutes.

Put the article to be blackened in the blackening coloration agent for 10 seconds at least up to 2~3 minutes for long to observe the blackening process.

For brush coloration, execute brushing for several times for sufficient blackening.

Wash the article completed of blackening with flowing water.

Dip in the polishing agent for about 1 minute. (Putting in the polishing agent with no drying up of water is allowed.)

Thoroughly dry up or wipe the polishing agent with cloth, and use.

Blackening Spray

The blackening spray product of AT&C holds powerful cohesion provided with excellent water proofing and heat resistance, which can be executed of blackening coloration on the surfaces of any metal and non-metal objects such as steel, cast iron, copper, copper alloy, aluminum, stainless steel & etc.

No flowing of sprayed liquid or thick staining can be made during and after spraying work expressing solidity showing the minute appearance as it is.

The thickness of coated blackening spray is just about 2~3 microns giving life of string thin lines as shown on the arrow mark. (For instance, expressing the lines as they are cannot be made with conventional paints or lacquers.)

* Blackening coloration of all metals such as steel, cast iron, copper, copper alloy, aluminum, stainless steel & etc.

* Repair of existing blackened colorations.

Usage

1. Completely remove fat and clean up any oil contents stained on the surfaces to be coated using solvent or fat removing agent.

2. Shake the container well prior to use, and coat evenly keeping away from the surface to be coated by 20~30cm.

3. Set to touch drying after spraying takes several minutes, yet dry the article after sufficiently up (24 hours) to use the article with no peeling off of blackened coating film.

Storage after Use (Preventing the clogging of spray nozzle)

Put the container upside down after using the blackening spray. Completely remove the liquid by pressing the button until no blackening liquid comes out of container, then put the product under storage.
